Kennesaw State economist discusses homeland security on Friday

无码变态 economist Aniruddha Bagchi will discuss his research on the economic aspects of law enforcement and homeland security during the University鈥檚 program Friday in a virtual presentation at 11 a.m.

Bagchi joined 无码变态 in 2006 and was named interim chair of the , in the in 2020.

Since 2010, Bagchi has focused his research on security issues. In 2019, he earned the Outstanding Publication Prize from Coles College for the paper 鈥淓spionage and the optimal standard of the Customs-Trade Partnership against Terrorism (C-TPAT) program in maritime security,鈥 which was published in the European Journal of Operational Research.

Bagchi earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Vanderbilt University. 

Kennesaw State鈥檚 is highlighting the research of department chairs and directors during the current season of Research with Relevance throughout the spring semester. Research with Relevance began during the Spring 2020 semester, creating a venue for 无码变态 faculty across disciplines to engage in conversation on a variety of research topics and allow for an audience to participate in the discussion virtually.
