Compensation Program Resources

无码变态鈥檚 Staff Compensation Program was approved by the University System of Georgia (USG) and was implemented July 1, 2023.  This is a dynamic compensation program designed to ensure that 无码变态 can continue to attract, retain, and grow the staff required to fulfill our mission and realize our vision of becoming a nationally prominent R2 institution.

As outlined in the Staff Compensation Philosophy, we strive to adhere to four key objectives:  transparency, equitable pay, career path opportunities, and recognition.  In an effort to maintain 无码变态鈥檚 commitment to these objectives, we are changing the existing compensation review process.

  • Effective April 1, 2024, compensation reviews will be conducted on a quarterly basis and will become a more strategic effort that includes proactively identifying recruitment and retention challenges.
  • Compensation reviews will include a full analysis of the market, staff experience and budget availability.
  • Once the Human Resources compensation team has conducted its analysis, the newly formed Staff Compensation Advisory Team will review the information and determine the appropriate compensation adjustments.

This process overhaul aims to ensure that 无码变态 is strategically deploying its resources to attract and retain talented staff. Further, the enhanced process will allow for every staff position to undergo a comprehensive review at least once during a three-year review period.

The Staff Compensation Advisory Team will consist of key representatives from various areas: Human Resources, Fiscal Services, Academic Affairs, and Auxiliaries. Subject-matter experts may be added to the team as needed.  This team will meet on a quarterly basis.

Below are the process resources and supporting documents needed for compensation evaluation requests.
